Katelyn Olsoy
Founder | Behavior Specialist | Educational Consultant
I’m an aspiring mental health therapist and experienced special educator with a passion for supporting neurodivergent children, teens, adults, and families. With a Master’s in Educational Studies, special education certification, and current graduate training in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, I blend behavioral science, trauma-informed care, and educational advocacy to help clients thrive both emotionally and academically.
I’ve spent years in public education designing and leading school-based behavior intervention programs, supporting IEP/504 implementation, and training educators in evidence-based, inclusive practices. As a former Behavior Coach and Assistant Clinical Director at Beautiful Autism therapy clinic, I integrate clinical knowledge with hands-on experience in school-based behavioral support to deliver practical, individualized care.
My work is rooted in the belief that every child deserves a compassionate, individualized approach. I believe caregivers should feel informed, empowered, and supported. I’m especially passionate about serving small-town communities, where access to care can be limited. Whether I’m guiding families through school systems or helping children and adults build skills for everyday success, I meet clients where they are - with empathy, clarity, and a commitment to meaningful, lasting progress.
I am to guide you with clear steps towards confident paths through life’s challenges.
